This article on ksl.com seems interesting. Essentially is states that seeking a job online is not as profitable as some had hoped. The big online job sites will have companies that post jobs that dont even exist yet; simply to recruit all year long. The smaller job boards; the free ones, dont have as great of jobs listed on them. The more I am exposed to it, the more I am impressed with ldsjobs.org for their vast amount of resources.
